No I don't think so. Did you keep your stock intake? If you did just put it back on when you go to the dealer for service.

Yeah I kept it. It has a K&N filter inside but I don't think they know about it.

I don't really think the K&N drop in filter would be a concern

Great Mod.... we have some coming in for the M3 and can't wait to put it on.
We'd love to try one of these on a 335i for a loca customer. hmmmm...
