I'm not sure if it'll work on water spots or oxidation but try Sonax or Iron X, Iron X is the strongest remover and hasn't harmed any exterior parts (trim, paint, wheels). Post pics of the oxidation.

Ill try to get some pics. It only seems to be the front wheels. I was wondering if a cleaner wax would work?

No wax, polish only for water spots, oxidation with wax = bad.

I got the same problem on mines, but I just ordered Sonax and Iron X hoping it'll be here this week.

I'll let you know how well they work.

Ok thank you. I didnt know that. I thought a cleaner wax would pull the water spots out. I dont know if this is happening because the front wheels get more brake dust. But I dont like it.

There is a DIY post here in the forum where I guy used a drill and a wire brush to do the center hubs. Try that. It looks like a great idea. In order to avoid rust coming back its recommended to use a coat of silver paint. I am thinking of doing this cuz me too I see some rust on hubs of the new AM rotors I just installed in front. I never had this issue with OEM rotors. Go figure. Cheers!

I bought them off Amazon, it's the only place I go to buy products if I can't find them being sold locally or from the original manufacturers website.

What you just explained is completely different from what the OP mentioned. He's talking about the chrome lips on his rims not the center hubs .

My wheels have only been on the car for maybe 3 months at the most. So I cant see why they would be looking like this. Maybe I just need a good cleaner. I just dont want to damage them in any way. I have something from Poorboys called wheel wax I havent tried it on these wheels yet to see if it will clean them. But I think its mainly just a protective coating.

I checked out that website and found out Amazon is still cheaper to buy from and yeah I tried those chrome polish from Autozone, I bought Turtle Wax Chrome Polish. At first it worked great but after a couple of months of use I noticed it left some scratch marks, they aren't that noticeable but for an example they look like swirl marks on paint but going straight.

I'll upload pics tomorrow.

Thanks Id like to see what you mean. But I kinda get it. Sounds like it works though. I think after enough times washing the chrome anyway it gets some scratches or "lines" in them. I think Id rather have that then these ugly water marks which I havent gotten any pics of yet lol
