Jon, is the $150 Umnitza V2's just a special thing you found or is there a deal going on?
it was a deal i found on classifieds. man even if you buy them straight up for $249, and do the labor yourself, its definitely worth it still.

Really nice end result! I'm about to go get mine done, I suck at painting and I'm worried about breaking the headlights so I'd rather spend some $ to get them done even though it'll hurt my wallet real bad lol. Why did you decide to go with v2 instead of v4's by the way??

i personally like the beaded look the v2 offers. just a personal preference. i know many don't like it. i think it just stands out from the black shrouds really well with individually spaced leds

Well done, those look great. One of my fave e92's to look at before, now it looks even better. I'm a fan of the beaded look as well

they look so sick. i love that you painted the chrome light housing dark, adds so much more contrast when the lights are on.

Yeah I saw the post, $150 is a helluva deal! On a scale of 1/10, how easy was the DIY?

that contrast also works really well when the lights are off too. the white leds against the black paint, even off, look on. aggressive at all times

having the right tools to do a clean job and patience is really the most difficult part. only DIY i've ever done was pasti dip my side mirror caps lol. so compared to that, i'd say 6/10
