KWV2 Allen key?

I tried to adjust my setting now, but the allen key didnt work.

I was wondering why, and came up with wrong allen key shape. Isnt it should be hexagon shape? mine is no angled, round shape.. and cannot make any turn.

That allen key is for the front perches, you loosen it and then use the gold wrenches to spin the purple things once u loosen it up....

Isn't it we just put allen key on the allen bolt(ref picture) and turn the adjuster clockwise until it stops, and then adjust counter clockwise to soften to desired level?

Spool, are you talking about adjusting height? sorry, my english understanding is poor.

Yeah that too, to adjust dampening, and it is also used to loosen that tiny bolt on the perch so you can spin it to adjust the height..

if ur allen wrench don't fit just got buy a set from wal mart, it's like 99 cents for a pack...the 2nd to smallest one should fit.

I just picked up my KW V2s but have yet to fit them. I cant find the allen key in the box. Was it supposed to come with one or its not included?

Thanks!
