Ok guys here's the update:

Went to the stealers and they said it could either be the o2 sensors or the DTML but because of the tune installed (JB3), they said they couldn't do the tests necessary to determine which is the problem. So they said they could remove the JB3 and the intake (they said it would be very expensive...for 30-45 minutes of work???) and then administer the test. I contemplated just having the DTML and the o2 sensors replaced but then they said they didn't even have the sensors in stock and they had no loaner! All in all, they did the 60K service ($500+) because to replace the sensor and the DTML would have been an additional $8-900 parts & labor and I would have had to leave my car there for atleast 1-2 days. Thinking about going to Tischer to see if I have better luck. Any thoughts??

so did they give you a readout of what codes you had thrown? Did they at least clear the codes so your SES is off?

My thoughts are the code may just need to be cleared and you have no hardware problem with the car. It worth trying to clear and see if it re-occurs before you drop that much cash on parts and labor.

Anyone in southern MD/Northern VA have a vin available they can share?

what??? well what the hell good are they then? I hate dealerships.

do u know anyone with a code reader/clearer? I have a generic one that might help....or you can go to autozone or pepboys and they can clear for you. See if they stay cleared, if they do.....you'll pass emmissions.
