E98 Home delivery!

Folks,
My local source of E85 disapparated! So I searched to see how to get ethanol delivered to my home. Obviously I would only do this if I meet all of the fire codes...
Here's a quote I just received from www.maperformance.com:
55 Gallon Drum of E98 Ethanol Racing Fuel $340.
Shipping is $280 to the East coast.

That's more than $11.60/gallon

In view of the fire codes and inherent dangers ... I think I'll pass on this offer.

Yeah you're better off trying to organize a group buy and trucking it yourself assuming you have a rig capable of hauling more than a few barrels. They imported some from ingnite e98 to calgary it came out to 430 a barrel + 30 barrel charge.

No E85 around here either

I'm missing out on a lot of ponies.

I'd cry if E85 disappeared...Very lucky that I have 3 stations within 15 miles of where I live, one directly on the way home from work, and one about 5 miles from mi casa.

Yea, I just use 109 octane full time. Makes up for it. We have zero E85 anywhere within 2000km of us. And I think there is only one station in all of Canada but that's even farther away. 109 it is!

Did you buy another 335i? I thought you traded yours in for a Z06 a couple of years ago.
