Washer Fluid Motor Replacement

Any tips? Pump went out yesterday and just ordered it. Looks pretty straight forward?

I've watched the youtubes and it's removing the fender liner on the right, seems like the one I saw he had to do not just the rear piece but the forward...I wanted to see the screen clogged...parts are pretty cheap, like $50 OE?

Garage List
Pretty simple. Remove inner fender liner. One bolt holds the reservoir in place inside the fender. I ended up removing all the wiring and took the reservoir out in order to clean it out properly. Ordered the pump and grommet from amazon. Under $30. Took me about 30 minutes. Didn't bother with jack stands but that's up to you.

Simple. Autozone has the part for $19.99. Wheel off, liner out, and it is right there. Spring for the OEM part if you want, at three times the cost, but it is just a little motor.

This is a much easier DIY than replacing the headlight fluid reservoir

Please at least put the tire under the car when you do things like this. All you had to do was slide it two feet over and you could avoid a terrifying situation.

Pretty risky on that OE style jack. You could lose an arm, leg or possibly your life working on a car this way.

Imagine that car coming down when your head was above the brake rotor.
