This thread just made my day!!! I thought I loved my new E92 before, but these cars are pure sex on wheels.

My 2007 328xi SG coupe. I went back and forth on which way to go with wheels. And whether or not to black out trim. This color is tricky. I went with silver wheels. I'll keep the chrome bits.
So far: K&N Drop in Filter BMS Powerbox Rear Fog Light Enable OEM M3 Rear lip OEM Front Spoiler OEM BMW Performance Exhaust OEM Mudflaps Removed Carbon Filter in air box M3 Competition Style Wheels, reproductions Continental ExtremeContact DW A hair less than 28k in the car total. Wish List: BMW Performance Steering wheel with Paddle Shifters Front Shock Strut Eibach Springs Bilstein Shocks Possible but unlikely: M3 Sub-frame Bushings M3 Rear Sway bar Rear Shock Strut But by the time I get around to these last ones, I hope to be in an M3 with a V8. I say that prior to the new M cars from BMW that are supposed to be more race than daily driver. Maybe I'll be compelled to get one of those. I don't think we should be surprised to see a new M3 that is better in every category. Damn their good. Last edited by 4corners; 06-18-2011 at 02:16 PM.. |

I just looked through this entire thread since I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my aero lip and this has got to be the weakest official E92 (any color) thread. 90% of the cars in here are stock. Let's spice this thing up a bit SGM owners!!
I will post more after I install my aero lip this weekend. Sorry about the darkness... |

Maybe Sparkiling Graphite owners have some taste and don't want to needlessly modify their already good looking cars. |

To each their own. Why not turn a good looking car into a great looking car? I like my car to be unique and modified to my liking. You obviously like a stock looking car that looks like ever other SGM on the road and kudos to you for appreciating the car in it's stock form.

There is a buyer for everything and if I worried strictly about resale value while I owned this car I would be bored with it after a couple of months. I sold my Audi in December and the guy was interested in it specifically because it had H&R coilovers on it. He was the first person to look at it and drove 5 hours to see it and bought it on the spot for about $1,500 more than I would have realistically taken.

Now ill leave you guys with a little bit of eye candy. The carbon roof is the lastest mod I've done to my car. Its pretty much done unless you can suggest something else I could do to it.
