Spacer question
I have purchased some spacers, sizes 10mm and 12mm . My question is, do i definately have to use the extended wheel bolts at these sizes. Is there enough purchase with using the existing bolts ? The spacers came with extended bolts but they are chrome plated and look a bit tacky compared to the matt black genuine BMW ones currently istalled
Thank you

With those sizes, you probably won't even get it to turn more than a couple of times. I was given bolts which were 15mm too short and they didn't even touch the threads on the hub. I read a while ago that you need about 8 full turns of the bolt for it be safe. Not sure how accurate that is.
Use the extended ones and paint them black mate. |
