Oh this is going to be interesting.

Also, I wonder if anyone will show any Simoncelli tributes this weekend seeing how this is where he had his tragic crash.

Actually quite sensible decision from FIA. Just one single DRS zone this coming weekend in Sepang. Detection 200m before final hairpin, then the entire pit straight for the DRS zone.

This will give cars overtaken on back straight a chance to fight back on the pit straight with DRS.

Haha yes! I woke up the girlfriend when I burst out laughing in the middle of the night.

Also I've always wondered how Kimi fits into the car, he is quite larger than the other drivers and they have to squish sometimes to get in and out.

His race engineer said, "These are not for you, its for the cars behind."

Turns out that there was a problem with the flag system. Even Button was seeing blue flags at some points during the race when there was no one around. The flags were at some points going off to early or too late.

I believe there's also problems with track marshalls.
If you watch the "cooldown room" where Button, Vettel, and Hamilton put down their helmets, drink some fluids and get ready for podium ceremony.

I recall Vettel talked to FIA official Jo Bauer about some blue and yellow flags waving for no reason and shouldn't be there, and Button agreed to.

My only concern with this is that no one will attempt a pass on the back straight now - they will just wait for the DRS zone on the front straight in order to get an easier pass and avoid being re-passed.

I think I would have preferred if the DRS zone was only on the back straight, or on the short straight out of the T1/T2 complex, as the front straight is long enough to pass on as is.
