Whining and odd symptoms

First post! Please help me if my etiquette is lacking.

I have a 2007 328i w n52. Summary of symptoms:

1. High pitch intermittent whine at idle (not chirp or squeak, but a constant whine) from engine bay, seemingly coming from everywhere.
2. Whine stops for a period of time on restart
3. If AC (snowflake) button gets turned off while whining, engine begins to bobble as if fuel is bad
4. AC back on smooths engine, but whine persists.
5. Infrequent, Intermittent mild surge at idle.

Car is stock, 133k no recent mechanical work that would have set it off. Will upload video so you can hear when I get back to comp. isn't uploading from phone. Thoughts?
