On a side note, do you guys know if the E46 M3 offset is the same as E90 series? I am thinking of selling my set of HRE 545's and might post here for sale. I know they work on the E90 M's but if someone could chime in I would appreciate it. |

the e46 M offsets are lower... they are doable on an e90 though. A lot of guys with e90 sedans are running them on their cars... your rear offsets are in the 20's right? vs mine stock are in the 30's (34 and 37 to be exact) With either a stretched tire, rolled or pulled fenders and/or the right ride height its manageable. Also the rear width has a lot to do with it... I mean anything over a 10in wide rear is hard, but not impossible to pull off.
Pic for reference... e46 M3 BBS LM (et32 fr/et27 rr I believe) Minor stretch, a bit of camber, perfect ride height.. so it can definately be done. Most people do it cause with the offsets it maximizes the actual lip size on the wheel Last edited by robnval; 03-17-2010 at 10:47 AM.. |

So are we meeting this weekend? Looks like my car will be a bit higher since I am preparing for my wheels... assuming I find a damn jack! My damn craftsman POS low-profile jack is fucked...

Rigo's on Gateway East (across the mall) has to be the best in town for a full wrap, but it's pricey. He was going to do my boy's e93 in Matte, but for the life of me cannot remember the price he was quoted. Other than that, behind Frisco Burger on Yarbrough is another spot where they do full wraps.

Nice brotha!! No wheel wax over here bud. That break dust is a pain in the ass man, I just invested in a long soft brush from Autozone. It works great for reaching the wheel all the way to the back end even through all my damn nooks and cranny's and is hella soft.
