Which bolts for 12mm H&R wheel spacers

Hey everyone. I need some help with my wheel spacers. I'll switch to my winter setup soon (BMW Style 197 wheels, rear specs: 18x8.5 ET37). I ordered 12mm H&R spacers for the rear and 43mm extended wheel bolts.
According to ECSTuning those are the correct bolts for my E92. I did some measurements to make sure and it turns out the shaft length of my stock wheel bolts is 23mm.
When I add the thickness of my spacers I get: 23mm + 12mm = 35mm.
Aren't the recommended 43mm bolts I bought too long?

Should have gotta bolts just 12mm longer. 43 may be too long
