hood sound insulator

hi, I have removed the hood engine sound insulator. the black colored thing attached on the inside of the hood and man now the bms intake sound and the pressure release sound from the dv is so clear and intoxicating. try this and u won't regret it.

Try removing the engine cowl, thats the part to wich the hvac filter is attached(you can still put it back even without the cowl), you will feel like you are driving a rally car!

I did the opposite: I installed the hood insulation because my 2011 did not have one, the heat especially when it's rains, you see steam coming from the hood which is bad for the paint and the noise from the motor was too much for me these days.
