not sure if lemon laws apply to used cars, I'd thought they were only for new cars.

That being said, at least you have a warranty.

I wonder why the original only had 15k miles in 3 years, seems suspicious to me.

It would seem that you are not covered by the Lemon Law, but you can check with Delaware. Another thought, use only 93 octane fuel, and prehaps got to Otto's (West Chester) for another option as the problems may be workmanship related.

Step 1 - put down the keyboard and quit posting on this board about this issue. Anything that you - or anyone else posts here may come back to haunt you.

Step 2 - educate yourself on the PA lemon law. The best way to do this is to contact a local lemon lawyer.

Step 3 - follow the lawyer's advice

Step 4 - never post back here about the outcome - see step 1 for reasons

Good luck

Ouch.
I recently bought an 07 335 with 9,000 miles, and I'm really hoping I don't go through the same ordeal.

Why would it haunt him it he cannot be connected to this board? Just a question.

#2, you should read the HPFP FIY thread, and i believe that there is an updated fp available. Also, as that thread says, there's a couple of ca lawsuits going on. Best of luck to my turbo friends.

Nothing is anonymous.

How many cars are going to BMW as a possible buy back that are registered in PA, bought as a CPO in CT with that exact service history (including the screwed up tires from the tow?

Just one I'd bet. You can also bet that BMW reads these posts. Then they'll do a "search all posts by this poster" and may come up with a wealth of posts.
