D in the shop..Urea pump issue

My urea warning light came on a couple of days ago so I called the dealer yesterday and was able to get in today. They are keeping it at least overnight due to the ECU thinking the tank was empty but the SA said it isn't close to empty. He said something about a urea crystal build up issue. I have a 2013 328 as a loaner. Nice enough car but I already miss the meaty torque.

Anyone else have any crystallization issues?

Yup, had the SCR Metering valve replaced, twice I believe. Once at 39k miles, and then again at 58k miles. Pretty annoying.
