You might as well buy a case of beer and pretend you're going faster. To put it into perspective, on my Chevy truck, I needed to spend $6k to get 100HP out of a 300HP engine. But their magicaly 2 connector devices can get that same % gain out of a 328 for a mere, $69 (1/100 of the price!) Their performance stuff is nothing more than the IAT hack you can find on the web. It spoofs the IAT into thinking it's colder, and richens up the engine. Catch 22 is engine has to require the extra fuel to make more HP. More fuel doesn't necessary mean more HP..... |

This is the report of www.engineperformancechip.com from the Better Business Bureau:
http://www.bbb.org/minnesota/busines...n-mn-96345472# It's also know as Motor Direct and it got a B minus rating from the BBB--not all that good. The BBB also issued an alert for this business: "On at least one occasion, BBB sent mail to this company in an attempt to develop a report. The mail was returned by the Post Office; therefore a complete BBB report at this time is unavailable." Considering all this, I agree with everyone else. Stay away from it. |
