335xi H&R Sport - Disappointment
Hi, this weekend i had some new wheels and springs installed on my 335xi, from doing research I saw that the H&R Sport springs seem to give everyone else the perfect looking drop, but after having them installed on mine it looks really bad!
the rear seems ok, but the front looks almost stock??? I attached some pics, I guess im going to have to get coil overs and just wasted some money, i see stock beemers around town that are sitting lower than this, what gives??? also, i understand the car has to "settle" but i don't think its going to make the difference i was expecting Last edited by ballistiq; 10-28-2012 at 09:02 AM.. |

Okay what's going on here? this is what the H&R Sport Springs look's like on a E93. A E93 is that much heavier than a E92?

I don't know, my eibach setup looks almost perfectly even, one finger (tight) front and rear.
Something is wrong there, as I've seen the H&R sports, and it should look tucked in the rear, and almost tucked up front. |

The M Sport is already lowered from the factory. That's why you are running into this problem. The H&R Sport Springs are probably just slightly lower than the OEM springs you already had on the car. Therefore, it looks like you haven't lowered the car much because it already was.
Make sense? That's my best guess. |
