Accessories installation at the VPC??
Did a search and I couldn't find anything on it...
In an email from the PCD to my CA I saw the following text: "Also, any BMW accessories that the customer would like to have installed here at the Performance Center prior to delivery must be ordered by the client advisor at least two weeks before their scheduled delivery date. Payment must be made by the BMW Center prior to delivery. An accessory request form will be faxed to you once the customer has accepted a delivery date." Appreciate some input...was wondering if this is between the dealer and PCD? Are, what are usually dealer-installed accessories e.g. OEM alarm, installed at the VPC under PCD? Are there any cost savings or other advantages in having the VPC install the accessories? Any special accessories to look out for? Any experience ?? Thanks!
