would be illegal in UK as would result in no red reflectors on the back, you would need to stick some on as otherwise they friendly plod would pull you first chance they get,

Same situation as on mini coopers and the clear rear lenses,

All that almost clear plastic makes them look a bit like those Lexus style lights all the boy racers had on their motors.

You say that friend of mine got so fed up of being pulled over by the cops with her clear lenses on cooper S ended up switching back to OEM ones

4 times in one month she was stopped by traffic cops,

Yea they're nice...but maybe the slightly darkened/smoked version of the standard E90 rear tail cluster could look better or a standard cluster with LED's... not sure if they can be got thou!

I think all the ones you've linked to look pretty good. Shame no one ever has any fitted pics!

Asking a forum about products like these is always going to get you a mixed bag of answers. A lot of folks like the stock look & the rest like to play around with black grilles etc. The car is about your own personal touch and I say go for any mod as long as it doesn't get too chavvy. You have to remember what car it is your modding (Not a Saxo!!!)

IMO they look good, but surely it is your opinion that counts. If you like em just buy em! If they don't look great, bang em back on ebay again and get rid. Simples!
