where did you get the powder coating done? How much did they charge if you don't mind me asking?

Considering doing my 230s too...

I never thought of that. I've been looking for a black 313 replacement. If it's cost effective I could just get one coated to match.

The best place i found was Coastal powder coating in Ashmore. $80 per wheel but i had the wheels stripped with tyres off ect already. Everywhere else wanted about $130. I really like these wheels so it was a good way for me to get the look im after without spending a truckload and without cheaping out, the powder coat looks awesome and will be tough as. Ill make sure i get a decent photo this weekend when the sun is out, these ones look shit and you can see the wheels lol.

Just got the car back from Eurotec.

I had the valves cleaned manually as they didnt have a blaster, had the oil filter housing gasket changed as it was leaking as they do, as well as the valve cover gasket, new top hose for the radiator and a new air filter. Car was running great before but feels even better now, havent had a proper blast yet. I got them to take before and after pictures and my valves were properly caked at 70K and the finished clean was as good as any walnutblast "after picture" i have seen so very happy and they are very good with price there, good honest mechanic on the gold coast.

They parked me next to an M3 when i was picking it up though which was somewhat disheartening haha, it was also AW with black wheels, defiantly going to have my roof wrapped.

In other news i got random checked the other day, they came after me hard through two red light intersections and chased me down as i was far ahead in traffic, got done for expired license, PITA.
