My dealings with Crevier were very positive up until we started negotiating price. I just asked them to match what Sterling and Shelly offered me which was $500 off MSRP. Two other SoCal BMW dealers, both over 60 miles away from me, gave me better quotes but I was willing to pay a few hundred bucks more to stay local and go with a dealer that did the best job on selling me a car. Crevier did the best job followed closely by Sterling. I told the Crevier sales associate if you match the price, you have my business.
This is where my opinion of Crevier went south. The sales associate told me Crevier cannot give me this price because it would be unfair to their other customers and her sales manager told her that if I was unwilling to pay MSRP ($500 more) which amounted to pennies in their opinion for a $50k car, I was not a customer they wanted. Unbelievable response. Guess what Crevier, I went with Sterling. Gordon |
