Currently 325i 2005 £998 per year...
SAME COMPANY...

Worth the Change...
Despite having to re-do the lip, wheels, spoiler diffuser, grilles, headlights & Exhaust System??

Is the 335i E90?

If its the same then I would take the parts off current, swap for the 335i and put them on there

That was my thoughts, but it would still mean re-painting them, plus the splitter & spoiler are bonded, but still thats not much to get new ones, unless i swapped the bumbers too...

Erm, aren't we missing the obvious, how much difference will a 335i be to finance over your current 325i (unless you get an older/higher mileage car so no change). Fuel bills will be higher too. Road tax too. It's not just insurance is it.

If you can afford it, taking all the above into consideration, then fecking get a 335i

I found a 330D to be more expensive to insure than a 335i when i was looking.

Dont do finance, paid out right for the 325i, so it may be 2-3k cash on top

I know what you mean about fuel bills though, i think the 25i is thirsty...hate to think what the 35i would be, but i'm sure its worth the extra!

Well I always use my mpg as a worse-case benchmark - I used it average 19mpg in my 56 plate (manual).

It's a little false economy to pay £2-3,000 in to save £100 per year but the 335i would certainly put a bigger smile on your fave

It's not much worse. May turn out better depending on your driving style and mileage.

I average 30mpg, best of 38mpg.

I average 27MPG. High teens in town and 35mpg on a run.

I bet there is not much between any on the 3 litre petrol engines used.

at the moment i average about 25-30, but i dont do long runs unless i'm ordered to go shopping 'somewhere different!'

My friends E93 325i is actually more thirsty than my 335i. The extra torque means that you have the labour the engine less. I'm averaging 25mpg BUT, as she's used so little that's calculated from giving her a blast up the motorway to clean out the cobwebs + normal town driving.

Try LV, I'm paying £413 for my F10 535d and that includes protected NCD, regardless of how many claims you make.
