lots of people (including me and bmw mechanic by the way) confuse wastegate rattle with exhaust valve rattle. if you havent done this yet, i would disconnect the exhaust valve and see if rattle is still there.

I've got a rattle and the dealer claims they can't hear anything out of the ordinary.

Decel from high rpm - 3200rpm rattle every time, and also between gear changes.

BMW repair from last year didn't work at all on mine. Well it worked for about 5K miles then the rattle was back as most people already know. At a point I just gave up and said well, I will deal with it if they fail. For now, screw it. They fail I will get a new pair of improved ones now available. I have 23K miles on the car, and suspect warranty will run out before I have 50K on it for sure. Its already 3y/o car and not getting driven a whole lot.

my exhaust valve is disconnect, my pb is really a waste gate rattle.

under the car if i touch the front wastegate with something no noise.....(wastegate side motor which is the most front of the car)

can i tried to debranch the part 4 which command the concerned wastegate just to hear if noise is already here or not ?

if you are on warranty tell them to fix this! Its impossible nobody in france can do this job.
If you are out of warranty either sell the car and get a new one or pay a reputable shop out of your pockets to fix the wastegates. My shop (which is not BMW) adjusted them following BMW TIS.

Go to a reputable shop specialized in turbo cars and ask them to adjust the wastegates . It will cost you but since you want to keep the car and cant live with the noise you HAVE to do it.
you wont find here the magic free of charge answer to fix your issue.

just let them inspect the car and hear what they would do to fix it. If the wastegate assembly inside the turbo is worn out there is nothing you can do with the actuators to fix it. BMW replaces both turbos in this case but a shop could put some hight straight steel insert .
In any case the turbos will have to be removed to perform this if they cannot fix the rattle by adjusting the actuator or adding a spacer between the arm and the clip.
