Radio Upgrade

I installed the BSW stage 1 on my e90 325i standard hifi. The sounds are much better than OE. But one problem, i can hear the rattling from the outside. I guess I need sound deadening for the rear doors and trunk. Next mod, replace my OE amplifier to JL XD600. Is this a best choice for amp? And let's not forget technic's harness.

I have a hifi CCC professional HU with I drive. I was going to upgrade it with CIC but looks like it will cost me about 2800 dollars.
