Anyone in Atlanta area familiar with doing the CDV mod?

was thinking about buying one from BMS but im scared about the install... mainly the "bleeding the clutch".

Was gonna be in ATL the week before Christmas and seeing if anyone wouldn't mind helping me with the CDV mod if you have time and have experience doing it!

hmm read that too... but I'm not mechanically inclined at all so this simple mod is honestly gonna take me at least an hour if I do it by myself lol.

Whoever out there has a 328i I need some feedback, how does it handle/ accelerate/is it made to last/and how long do tires last on average?

I'm 18, parents won't allow the 335 or M3 because of the speed. The day I move out I plan on putting some mods on it but until then any car I get has to be all stock.

I must say I am often the brunt of jokes because I have a 328i convertible and its considered slow. I bought mine for my wife so she really didn't need the extra HP. I still think it's pretty fast for a 6 Cylinder non-turbo. The 335 has 100HP more than the 328i so if you are into speed and into modding then go with a 335. The only issue is that the 335 has had is the fuel pump issue which is a BMW defect and is generally covered by BMWNA. There are very few mods for a 328 and it will cost you close to $10,000 to gain 100HP on a 328. But so far mine has been very reliable and I haven't seen any major complaints about it on the message boards. So I will echo the others get a 335i or a M3.

Hey that Dantana's lot is always monitored by someone who boots cars so you may want to check if they are ok with a meet there. They boot people who park in that lot and go somewhere other than the Shops Around Lenox, so it's probably ok if people end up going to Dantana's, but i dont know, you may wanna check

You are correct. I was advised that if you park there, DO NOT GO ACROSS TO LENOX MALL. If you need to go to the mall drive your car over to Lenox and then park at Lenox. As long as we are going to Dantana's or if you hang out and then leave you will be fine. There is someone sitting in the lot waiting to boot cars, so do not walk anywhere else. I will talk to security and the boot people if I see them as soon as I arrive there.
