Help! accessport wont uninstall

So I've been using the Cobb AP for a few months now, but I've had some issues when trying to uninstall. When reflashing back to the original settings it gets to the very end (99-100%) and then says that it failed to connect to the ECU, press OK to continue. Then it goes into recovery mode and I end up just having to revert back.
I really hope this doesn't mess up my computer. I need to get this thing uninstalled.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

I think you should get in contact with Cobb. Sorry for not offering anymore help.

Yes. I've tried multiple times with the same exact result and followed Cobbs directions step by step.
