I'm curious which exact models you are using if you don't mind sharing, particularly on the GT25 and GT28 kits. I bought a set of Vargas manifolds recently so I started poking around to do a DIY kit maybe next year (yes, I'm crazy). I couldn't find a real difference in the GT2560 and GT2860 on Garrett's, both list the same compressor major/minor/trim/compressor map and same turbine major/minor/trim/AR, same horsepower range. Is it just the CHRA? Even the picture is identical.

Is the GT25 a GT2554 and the GT28 a GT2860R? I figured the ~31lbs/min (x2) of a GT2x60R should support over 600hp to the crank, at least 550 crank on pump, since the stock turbos which are only about 22lbs/min are doing nearly 400whp. Garrett says up to 330hp. I had been looking at the GT2560R pretty hard, myself.

Digressing, I think the prices are pretty reasonable. There are going to be many small parts to get that all together. Adapt oil and water lines, get them to fit in the constraints of the engine bay, etc.

Are these also going to be 1er compatible? I didn't see an answer.

Also, are you completely replacing the stock snorkel inlet tubes (the two that wrap around the front and rear of the engine, turbo inlet pipes)? I always kinda thought they would start to act as restrictors at higher power levels. Good to see that in the parts list.
