No Boost! This sucks

Everything was going great then all of a sudden my 17psi of boost drops down to 9. Now a day later I literally have no boost at full throttle.

I checked IC connections and replaced a few vac hoses but still need to do a leak test. I only get the 30ff code if I push the car full throttle.

Any suggestions?

Also, this run is on map 0 with the Procede. I dont understand why throttle and some things are just flatlined and not logged?

Ya, that's what I figured but a leak big enough that I have absolutely no boost?

I wasn't in limp mode right away, that was the start of the 3rd pull when I got the 30ff code.

Before that with the first two small pulls, I had no check engine light.

I heard no sounds prior to this happening, no turbo whine, no smoke, nothing.

Boost = pressure
You can't build pressure if there's a open hole in the system.
If its big leak you wont build any boost. Smaller leak yes.

Your boost leak is probably super obvious. Chargepipe connection or intercooler.

If the wastegate isnt stuck open stopping the turbo from spooling, you have a huge leak somewhere in the system. It should show up like stated as something obvious in the charge side of the system.

^ the answer to this question is no CAN are active on map 0, if im not mistaken. I don't know much about the Vishnu Rev's but I do know that on the JB4, map 0 is stock map to where no features work. Now if you put it on map 4, you retain stock like boost but with all the CAN features and logging features.
just my 2cents

Could be a vacuum line, replace the ones under the engine cover. There are pics in a thread started by me with 30FF in the title.

Thanks for all the answers.

1.) Disconnected and reconnected IC, no tears or rips, clamped on very tight
2.) Replace vac hoses near oil filter housing, charge pipes and vac tanks
3.) Checked throttle body and charge pipe connections since I have meth also.
4.) Test rear wastegate for movement and it hinges freely without binding.

Still no luck, I'm going to remove the tune tomorrow and see what happens. I also pulled the brake booster after a drive and didn't hear any whooshing sound.

Nothing has been moved on this car since my meth install about 3 months ago. I did get a high pressure car wash (Yes I know they're bad for the paint) is there any chance something got knocked off with the undercarriage spray?

Doesn't matter if anything moved for months.

Thats extremely flawed logic.

Your vacuum lines can crack over time and all the pipes on the positive side of the turbos are connected with o-rings and clamps.

All of which fail over time. Randomly without warning or an event.

True but o-rings and clamps don't typically cause complete loss of boost I'd assume.

Also, tried uninstalling the procede and had the same issue with no boost. Now reinstalling the Proceded I have a 12000 code (2ee0, engine coolant temperature sensor), It won't stop running at full speed.

This has been a terrible weekend for cars.

Did you figure out why you could not build any boost?

make sure when you reset the adaptations after installing the new maps to wait about 6-7 seconds in between executing each command, I read that one of the commands if executed too fast and executing another command right away, it will cause this issue. Try reloading the procede firmware and maps and reset all adaptations again and wait about 6-7 seconds in between each adaptation.

Sorry man, no luck yet. I just ordered an ect sensor and hope to install it on Friday. If that doesn't work I'm out of ideas for why I'm having issues stock without the procede even installed.

Just updating all my threads to help if anyone runs into the same issues.

Problem found!!!

My front actuator became disconnected from the wastegate and was just hanging there.

I was essentially running on 1 turbo. I was able to get the actuator back on to the male end but don't have a clip to lock in place.

Going forward, this is the checklist I would do if I had to troubleshoot again.

1.) Check CP and DV connections for leak
2.) Check vac lines for leak
3.) Check to see if actuators are connected to wastegates
3.) Leak test through intercooler
4.) Check if vac is building by driving car and pulling off brake booster and see if there is a swoosh
5.) Check wastegate movement with vac gauge to ensure movement and that the vac lines have no leaks
6.) Check boost solenoids (Even though I dont know how)

Nice. Glad u solved the issue. Yea a simple smoke and pressure test would have revealed this in minutes.

Pretty good over-the-phone diagnostic, huh?

I was totally gonna give you some credit for that troubleshooting! 18 rep points for on phone diagnostics and I'll send you a Primanti sandwich when I send in my DME for a flash.

Thanks again for the help, sad thing is, part of me was sad to know that it wasn't a huge problem and that a single upgrade will have to wait.
