Misfire #5 post AA ECU install help please

First attempt at boost post install yielded hesitation and SES light. Auto zone code reader said misfire cyl 5. Went home, swapped ignition coils with cyl 1, caused misfire, and code reader read misfire on cyl 5 & 1. Could I possibly only have one bad coil and the previous "trip" still remain in the system? Or could I have more wrong with cyl 5? Any advice would help. Thanks.

I would start by changing all the spark plugs if you haven't already.....Then try to duplicate the misfire.

Then the coils.....

Always start with the cheapest fix first. Just my .02

did you clear the code on cyl 5? before testing again? if not it will of course stay there. If yes than change coil.
