E92 Headlight Angle
i saw the headlight angle adjustment post for the E90 but the location of the adjustment screw is not the same for the E92. has anyone adjusted the height yet...i believe the head lights are pointed roughly a foot too low, anyone else notice this (driving at night)

here are pics for e92
driver's side: passenger side: you can use the screwdriver supplied in the toolkit in the trunk to adjust - counterclockwise to raise, clockwise to lower. If you hit a resistance point, do not turn anymore, you run the risk of stripping the screw.

it's to adjust the headlight angle, like make it point higher or lower.

I had read somewhere a while back that the reason you can see acura's headlights from your rearview mirror was because of the angle of the bulb... Just wondering if this might do the trick seeing as how i find the color/hue of my e92 xenons but to somewhat dissapointing... Thankx again |

It will not.... the projector lens on every car manufacture is different.... the same 4300K HID place in Audi has a more bluish hue to it due to the Projector lens... same as Acura... but aim the Head line higher allows u see further at night.... but at the same time its more danger for on coming traffic... aim it higher and replace with Orsam 6K bulb.. will give u the effect u need.

Resurrecting an old thread.
What do you do if the adjustment knob comes off? I am unable to adjust my passenger headlight because the knob was stripped off by an idiot who tried to adjust it previously. I haven't been able to "stuff" the knob back in. |
