I just ordered my 330 with PDC and i was wondering if they alerts were only audible beeps or they also include visual meter like the ones in Mercedes Benz.

Is PDC available as a dealer/aftermarket add-on? My car (no iDrive) was configured missing this item and it'd be nice to get it added on.
I think from what I remember, it's rear-distance sensing only... (which is fine, since the rear distance of the E90 is the hardest to gauge) thanks! |

I don't have IDrive, so I don't get the visual display...
But a really cool feature is that the sound indicating where the hazard is, comes from that side of the rear! So if you are reversing and something is close to the car on the drivers side, the chime comes from that same side of the rear!! |
