Vibration / Shaking on acceleration?

When I accelerate at slow speeds with a wider throttle, the car intermittently shakes and hesitates, kind of like hiccuping. No engine light or codes thrown. Makes me shift gears at higher RPMs but now the problem after a week is getting worst, starting to shake/hesitate at first gear or maybe even idle. Doesn't usually shake at high speeds, but it's starting to on fourth gear.. Oh! Sometimes the car just shakes like hell when I floor it on 5th or 6th gear.

Not sure what it is, I'm guessing some kind of misfire? From looking around the forums it seems like it's either the coil packs, spark plugs, fuel injectors, or carbon intake buildup. Any ideas?

If it helps, I have downpipes with JB+.

I doubt it's gonna be a cheap fix, seems like problem is becoming worst. Should I try to fix it with fuel injector cleaner / engine steroids?

Thanks in advanced!

What are your miles? I'd first check what kind of gas you're using. Make sure you're using the highest grade offered and at a top tier gas station. Then dump in a bottle of techron and see if it goes away.

I have about 69K miles, using 91 Octane fuel always from Shell.

Carbon cleaning the intake valves reduced my slight hesitation and idle issues by 80%. Two weeks later, I had a major (violently shaking) misfire which produced a code and the dealership replaced all 6 fuel injectors. Now, my car funs perfect and there is no hesitation at all from idle to redline in any gear at any speeds.

Do you remember the approximate cost to replace injectors at stealership?

Update: I just went to the shop and they did valve cleaning and replaced my intake manifold cause there was a tiny hole on the nipple.. Charged me a little over $1600 and most of the jerking went away for a day or two.

A week later same problem is back, probably not as bad. Feels like I just wasted a ton of money in the shop. Can it be the chip or would anyone have any clue??
