Changing pax door actuator with door locked?

Hey guys,

I'm about to replace my pax door actuator (2007 E92 Coupe) but my door won't open. How am I going to replace the actuator if the door can't be opened?

Is there a workaround in order to get the door opened or do I need to try and take off the door panel and actuator with the door in the closed/locked position?

Anyone? I don't think I will be able to get the panel off with the door shut closed, so I need to figure out how to open the door.
