JIC/Cross Headquarters in Alhambra with pics
I got my Cross kit for the M3 installed at the Cross headquarters in Alhambra and thought it's a place worth sharing if you need something installed or for an alignment done by hand!! The lead tech is Bryan and he's worked on race teams and said they all did their alignments this way. I was wondering why they didn't have an alignement rack. It does take a couple hours. They also do exhausts and build race cars there. He recently completely gutted a Mitsu EVO down to the frame so they could acid dip it to strip all the paint to try to save some weight. It's pretty amazing since he pretty much does all the work. I thought I'd post here too since the M3 guys had no idea they were in Alhambra now and that they now have a shop.
Here are some of their cars. The owner's 997 TT with about 600 WHP: Their drift car: Their race car: Owner's GTR with about 600 WHP with their dyno in backround:

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I got charged $80/hr, which is less than a lot of independent BMW shops.

What do you mean by that? Are you talking about the "string" method? If so, that's how I do my own alignment too. It is a time consuming process though.

I think that's how they do it. There's no alignment rach there but they do the full alignment and corner balancing there.
