Purchased Out of State BMW Extended Warranty?

Has anyone here purchased a Fidelity Platinum extended warranty through a out of state BMW dealership (with no pre-inspection required), but then made claims with it in your own state? If so, what was your experience?

if you're already in current 4/50k you dont need to have a pre inspection to get any warranty done. you can also purchase it from any bmw dealership.
