The E92 and E93 are similar... however, on the E93 theres a big support beam in the back that the E92 doesnt have and it required a few changes to work on the E93.

If you look at the first picture you can see the big "V" shaped bracket.

The fact that this thread exists and they clearly have to sell an e93 specific exhaust answers your question.

Probably because it doesn't have a 'top of the car' and needs to add additional support beams in other places.
