Lease a new 2009 E92 328xi, some comments.
First of all, dont laugh my grammer and i live in Canada, so everything will be base on CAD
I ordered a white E92 328xi today and the car is still on the ship (est arrive on Nov,1st) However, i choose the lease option. The interest rate is 6.9% and the car is close to 48000 without much options. - USB audio intergration - 6 spd Automatic. - Sport Seats. However, the leasing is $919/month (36months) after the salesman had gave me $1800 discount and free rear parking sensor, and some mats/cups/model i told them i may change my mind so i only left $2000 deposit. Is the price reasonable to you guys? cuz i think getting a 2008 with full options can be a lot cheaper...(they dont have anymore 2008). what do you guys think?? *************** UPDATED lol guys. i decided to went up to the manager and talk to him. (the original salesperson yell at me and my family saying why go through him and talk behind his back...wtf,, his EQ was really low and mad at us) anywayz the manger offer me a deal. White 328xi with red leather interior - Premium Package. - Exclusive Package. - Sport Seats. - Automatic 6spd - USB audio intergration - Servotronic - $200 gift card in bmw store and also offer me a 6.4% leasing rate instead of 6.9 leasing rate. comes with $954/month 36 months no interest. $0 down. what do you guys think ? 919/mo is like 911 money. I say no. But that's just me I can't see how these cars could be leasing for that much money. the CAD is worth more than the US $ so either way it's a ton of money.

yea, i do think its a ton of money.... $919/month with no option doesnt seems to worth it. However, in canada seems like all the 2009 models are pricy.....................

lol, i can take back my deposit since the car is not mine yet.
cuz when i surf around the forum, seems like ppl can get a 2008 335XI for $8xx/month with tons of options. i was wondering if i should buy a car from US instead |

Things may be different in CA. That sounds like too much though.
If this helps, I put down 2500. My lease is 36 months. 15K miles/yr. My payment is 500/mon. Good luck

Honestly I think that's too much, I think it's the new lease rate that's killing the deal. I wouldn't pay that much, but hey that's just me !!

Thats insane ... but mainly because of the interest rate ...
Go to the bank (Check out Royal Bank's buy-back loan as well) I bought mine out east in Canada, same car, and I can tell you it is well undert what you are being quoted. Especially at this point for a 2008. Dont compare payments in the USA, as anyone can buy a 328xi there, or a 335 cause the payments are DAMN cheap. (Hence the economy in the USA ... no offense to anyone) |
