Are these websites legitimate??

Guys,
I have posted int he Audio section but not getting much luck so here goes.. I am after Morel Hybrid Ovation II 4" (preferably with MT-23 tweeters) components and I have identified a couple of sellers.. since I am in the UK I cannot confirm authenticity.. could someone kindly let me know:

1. Are they both legitimate?
2. Why is there such a difference in price?
3. Has anyone ever purchased from either of these guys?

I would assume they are both legit, they have super high positive feedback, and priced fairly for the retail price.. Typically companies will sell there overstock for 50% or less to get rid of it to these ebay companies which in return sell it for about 20% over what they paid for it. I definitely think they are real.
