How to remove

Ok so my speaker sounds like poop. I want to replace it and I'm wondering if I don't want an oem speaker what do I have to do to wire an aftermarket one. Does the trim panel just pop off to get to this speaker? Thank you.

You need the following parts from the dealer. I got the info from the thread I linked to above.
- OEM speaker connector housing P/N: 61 13 8 373 583
- OEM speaker housing pins: P/N 61 13 0 005 198
