I was for a little bit but started getting slip around 35k. My car was tuned from 18k miles. If that means anything.

I'm still on the original clutch as far as I know...bought the car in January with about 55k miles on it and now have around 65k. My first trip to the dragstrip in April was fine, it would spin the tires (AWD). My second trip to the dragstrip a few weeks ago making quite a bit more power (similar to the E30 race map, plus a DCI) and it didn't hook up on a 5000rpm full throttle launch...slipped through first until I let off. Still fine for normal driving but I need something better/newer for drag racing. If I were RWD there wouldn't be a problem yet, I'd just be spinning tires.

I am at 71k miles FBO+Meth on the stock clutch. I don't launch the car though so that's probably why it is still holding up.

Mine did great FBO + meth before e85. Since I've been over 450tq it's started slipping. It was holding like a champ for a long time though!

Anyone know if theres anyway I could check wether or not my clutch is OEM without actually dropping the transmission? Only reason I ask is i bought the car with 47k miles on it and for some reason I feel like its not a stock clutch. I know BMW clutch pedals are supposed to be stiff but mine seems a lot stiffer than any other stick car i've driven. It also has a pretty harsh engagement and has taken a ton of really shitty launches by me when I was learning how to launch. What I mean by that is my first few launches I let it out way to slowly so I was burning a lot of clutch but yet somehow I still don't slip if I floor it in 6th gear

I guess I'll contribute!

My clutch was fine up to 46000 miles, now it's slipping quite a bit with the E85 kit So much torque!

OP, with e85 you might make too much tq for the clutch depending on your tune. Mine held but when tuning on the dyno it started slipping when I went past 47x wtq (Mustang dyno).

You can take off the slave cylinder and look for aftermarket PP. the ACT one is bright yellow. You likely have a stock clutch. The stock pedal is soft.

Idk how to take off the slave cylinder but my pedal is definitely not soft... A lot stiffer than any other clutch i've ever driven. That includes my friends S4, Jetta, and STi.
