Coding

I met up with Andrey about a month ago.
Had a great experience, changed the coding in my car and everything is working perfectly.
Highly recommended and a great guy to chat with about BMW's.

Hey guys

Me and my 2 neighbors - also e9x owners, had our cars coded by Andre. Not only was it a pleasant experience scheduling and dealing w/Andre, it was amazing at the depth of knowledge he has about coding cars.

I had my car coded about 1.5 year ago - basic stuff - velocity meter, windows up, mirrors up...but in the mean time, the guy who coded turned off my halos (not by using iDrive) so I was driving around w/no DRL and had no control over that...not a big deal, but I hate having options and not being able to use them.

For me, I had the DVD coding done, the fog lights on during the welcome lights, double fast hazards, doors unlock removing key, and most important to me - i have euro non-adaptive headlight xenons on my car, which have left an annoying "ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT MALFUNCTION" warning on my idrive screen and speedometer which is an inconvenience when I am quickly glancing for the time --- Andre was able to remove that and also recode my LCM to make it perfect!

Love this guys work! Great guy! Definitely go with him!

Hi Andre.

Glad I found your post. That's really cool what you're doing man. I'm sure the answer is on the forums somewhere, but I've been searching for a few days and am having a hard time finding it. I have a 2008 BMW 335i (pre-LCI) with bi-xenon adaptive headlights, and plan on purchasing/swapping out with the bi-xenon Euro version of the adaptive headlights. I was told since these are the same headlights besides the corner being clear in europe, that this would simply involve swapping the ballasts and bulbs, after installing the headlamps.

I noticed you listed coding for EURO lights... does this mean I am going to be getting an error message after I swap the factory amber US headlights for the Bi-xenon adaptive euro headlights???

Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated.... thanks man... just wondering if I'm going to be needing to make a trip for you assistance...

Carl

Euro lights are non-adaptive, you will have errors for adaptive headlight system but otherwise they will work fine.

Hey Andre, I texted you earlier today about having some coding done. I'm not sure if you received it or not, but If you have any time this week then I'll be more than happy to come by.

Thanks,
Nino

Hey Andre - Are you doing remote coding again? I live pretty far from you and there are no other coders near me. I'm about 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. Do you know anyone around here that can code a few things for me or can you do it remotely - I'll mail you some local micro-brew beers We have a lot here. I have a 2011 335i xDrive. Thanks!! I would PM you but the forum is making me do 5 posts and then wait 24-48 hours for my account to be upgraded

Hi Andre,

When could we schedule a time to have my car coded? I am in the Upper East Side and could make a journey up.

And what's your drink of choice?

Thanks,
Neel
