Factory wipers vs Service replacement wipers problems

I have a gripe to pick so maybe someone can help me. I just went through my 15K service and got my blades replaced.

Now they are squeaking at the beginning and end of every wipe. They are sounding really horrible!!! When I took a glance at the factory wipers, they seemed to be of different quality than my new replacement wipers.

Am I missing something here or are the replacement wipers just that bad. Could it be an adjustment that is required or should I just look at getting a different brand altogether?

Go back to your dealer for the proper wipers.

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue, but that is just what I am going to do. Just unacceptable.

Maybe your windshield is dirty causing them to make noise?
