Glad you got everything figured out. Stock oem 162's never came in non-staggered fitment from the factory. The dealer should take care of the tire issue as thats a potential road safety hazard.

Thanks for all of your comments the last few weeks on this thread. It gave me a lot of ammo to come down hard on the NJ dealer and I got everything taken care of. I picked the car up here in DC from my FANTASTIC local dealer on Thursday with TWO FAT MICHELIN PS2 255/35ZR18 RFTs on the rear 18x8.5 rims and she looks 200% better about ready to pounce now... these are sweet looking tires. Naturally, the "problem" I have caused now is that I just want to put two fat PS2s up front for no other reason than they look 300% better than the 225 OEM Potenzas which are just no comparison. I had a question that I have been thinking about and wanted to get your thoughts on... What if I were to source a second pair of 18x8.5 162s and mount the same 255s and stick those up front? That would mean I would have a SQUARE 18x8.5 255s 162s setup all around and I think that would just be sweet. What do you guys think? Is there any reason the 18x8.5 with 255/35ZR18s would give me trouble up front? I am planning to drop the car down an inch or so eventually. Would I have trouble running 18x8.5 255/35s up front on a 2006 330XI? Thanks for your thoughts. /Josh
