I looked at the PDF instructions and to me it's just too much to do. Attaching the camera and running the wire to the front is easy, but you have to take off most of the dashboard to install the module and power. If you think a BMW has tons of rattles in the interior, just remove and reinstall all that stuff and you'll have 100 more.
