Need suggestions on 'thinner' tire brands
I'm running Michelin Pilots 19/30/275 rear on what I believe is 19x10 rims. The car is also dropped on coilovers. It is not slammed or anything and i would prefer not to raise it up anymore.
The problem is that I rub on medium size dips, and that's with my fenders rolled. I've read somewhere that some tires have thinner sidewalls than others or something to that extent. Any suggestions on what tires would be better suited than the Michelin in this situation? Thanks in advance. |

Toyo Proxes T1R or Falken FK452s both have rounder side walls so its catered to the lowered vehicles, especially setups such as yours

Falken 452's or Toyo T1R's have rounder shoulders and stretch well.

Alternately you could use 265/30R19. This should help the slight rubbing you're having by giving you a tire that is about a third of an inch more narrow and a third of an inch shorter in diameter.
