I'm looking to sell my 2007 BMW 335i 6MT. It is Jet Black w/ Terra interior (amazing color combo btw). She comes with the cold weather package, sport package and convenience package.

The reason for selling the car is because I moved into the Manhattan, NY and the car now sits at home. I get to drive it occasionally when I visit home on the weekends. Unfortunately I can't justify having the car around anymore.

It is such a sweet and clean car! Never has been in an accident (clean title!) and it was a commuter car owned by an older gentlemen (who was also a car enthusiast and BMW CCA member). Before I bought it, I had the car inspected by a fellow e90post member, Clem and it checked out. I bought the car last June 2013 and it's clean both inside and out. There is approximately ~80K on the dash.

Comes with:
- Extended warranty until 100K (60 months/100K from 3/24/10)
- Brand new turbos!
- 3M FXP Tint @ 20%.
- Satin Black Kidney Grilles
- Brand new battery

The car does come with some records/receipts from the past owner. I also have a record of everything I've done to the car along with the receipts.

Rear seats looks as if nobody ever sat in them.. barely see any creases. Nobody really sat back there since I've owned it either. Car was kept in good condition by the previous owner.

What warranty does it have, and are we to assume everything will transfer without issue/cost? How's the coverage - if I wanted to get the steering wheel trim replaced would I be able to (or can/have you)? Has the suspension (bushings) gotten any attention, would that be covered? I'd be curious to know the service history, how many HPFPs it's gotten, etc. Year 1 of the N54 is a bit scary.. this car has an oil cooler correct?

Do you still have the style 162s? How are the tires, and did you ever roll the fenders (is that causing any damage)?

Does the car have the USB port, or bluetooth? Do you have 2 keys, books, BMW floor mats? How's the paint - free of defects, dings, scratches etc?

I know the weather sucks lately, but if you get the chance to really clean the car and take good photos I would be interested to take a closer look. I'm in NEPA so I can't exactly stop by to check it out, unfortunately. Your price is pretty high but the car looks good, it's just not very well presented here (no offense intended, I realize you're in Brooklyn now).

The warranty is covered by a company called Preferred Warranties, Inc.

Also a Fluids & Filters/Diagnostics option was added to the plan as well. Not sure if the steering wheel trim can be replaced but it seems like a lot of the major core parts of the car can be replaced.

The warranty is easily transferable, the previous owner called and had it transferred to me without any problems.

In terms of the history, I know the HPFP was replaced at least once before. Not sure if it was replaced a second time. It does have a the oil cooler, I believe all the sport packages come with oil coolers.

I do have the Style 162s as well, and they're in good condition (from what I last remember). The tire tread is at 30% however. I was planning on replacing them with Blizzaks but never go to it. Fenders have never been rolled, so they're fine.

I don't remember the car having a USB port but it does come with bluetooth. It comes with 2 keys along with the BMW rubber floor mats. Overall, I think the paint is good. Obviously for an 07, you're going to see some wear and tear imperfections here and there. With that said, the front bumper has a few small rock chips (nothing really noticeable) and the rear bumper has some clear come coming off. You might be able to see it from the pics above. No dings however though on the doors, front/rear fenders, roof, hood and trunk from what I remember.

Looks pretty good, that's some peace of mind although suspension isn't on the list.

I appreciate the responses. I would want to see the bumper peel, as well as standard shots of the headliner, door panels & jams, door sills/entries, inside the trunk and under the hood. Side skirts/rockers would be a bonus. Email or post here, whichever is easier, and the history would be great when you get the chance.

The suspension rides fine btw, I don't think they'll need changing anytime soon. Not sure when was the last time suspension work was done though. I had the car inspected by a reputable e90post member/mech, Clem back in June and the car checked out. Not sure if still has his notes on the car.

I'll try my best to get you the pics this weekend when I get home. And not sure if you were serious with the last question but yes both cup holders are working

Sounds good. Ha yes I was serious - a friend recently picked up a 2008 E92 and one cupholder was stuck. I've been searching for quite awhile and often a carfax will say "cupholders replaced" or something like that. I like the design but apparently it commonly breaks.
