Headers for E90 328i
Hey guys, I'm looking for some headers for my car. I ran into OBX headers from eBay, but don't want to buy them just yet. Is there anyone who has tried them out or recommends something else?

I have new unused OBX headers with Burger Motorspor O2 simulators. I will sell the headers and O2 sims for $350 shipped.

OBX is still running? How can a performance business still operates when they sell headers that cracks due to overheat?
It happened to me; luckily; not on my E90; but on my '06 Civic.

Thanks for the help guys! I'm actually thinking about getting the MMW headers soon! Better than just getting random headers from eBay :/ loll.
Crap dude, how does that crack from overheating!!? Lol! Ya definitely not trusting that! |

Aren't MMW headers just OBX headers, aka random headers from eBay. And arent these the same random headers from eBay that are too long that you cant just bolt up to your exhaust flange and you have to cut and weld, not to mention dont clear the motor mount, requiring you to trim it :/ Last edited by LOLrance; 11-05-2010 at 01:39 PM.. |

Yup its a minor PITA
mine just include O2 sims, im still running the headers and no cracks yet its just a cheaper setup to get it through me then ebay or OBX, and you would still need O2 sims after |

i want to get headers for the winter and im willing to spend the money but i want the easiest installation im really debating whether or not i want to cut motor mounts and such as at some point im going to want to sell the car and dont want problems so i am wondering if supersprint headers are more plug and play

Supersprint are definitely better quality but they are €1,134 (~ $1,600) + shipping.

I’m not sure. I have N53 engine and my exhaust manifold look different from N52. I never tried to fit them on my car.

Are you in TO?
If you are, I'm very interested in checking out those headers. Thanks.

I’m in Europe right now. That’s where the headers are. I’m selling them because they are for N52 and I bought European car with N53 engine.

Try looking into MXP (Mackin) headers. They were looking for a test car a while back to fit their N52 headers. Not sure if its into full production yet. Quality is definitely not as good as supersprint, but also not as shitty as OBX.

MXP headers aren’t much cheaper than Supersprint.
