Engine cleaner

Hey guys, just picked up an 06 330XI with 80K. Do you guys recommend any fuel injector/engine cleaner for engines this old. I have already replaced every ounce of fluid in the car, as well as an AFE air filter and new plugs, since I don't know when the last time any of it was changed out. Is there anything else I can add to the engine to help keep it running in top shape?

I know stuff like sea foam and techron helps... But other than those, was there anything that people have been using for high milage cars?

The car pulls descent, but I just sold my supercharged corvette (650hp), so I'm used to a lot more HP... So I can't tell for sure if it really has 255HP, and there aren't any 4-wheel dynos around here. Although, I'm still getting used to this new thing called traction..... It's amazing!!! When did they come out with such a great invention??

I used Redline SI-1 and never had any problems.

Hahahahaha. Thats the truth. But I am 100% happy with the 330. You can't match the luxury and smoothness of the BMW. I was just concerned about making it last strong past 160+ miles.
