My New Delivery

So I just picked up my new 2010 e93 328i. I love the car and it looks and acts amazing. I just came off of my e92 328i lease and this feels like a decent upgrade as I sacrificed the money of a 335 coupe to have the option to drop that top!
The car is space grey/ coral red/ alum. trim, equipped with the navi, heated seats, premium package, and yes the M- Sport package (so sick). I have to say one of the best features of the car is the black headliner, makes a huge diffrence to the cars interior, the steering wheel is awesome, shift knob is great (feels shorter also?), and the seats feel like they have more cushion than my previous sport package seats? Could be just in my head please clarify? The new navi is a definet step up from the dvd based model back in my 08. the option to turn the split screen off is a plus, and it is a lot faster and nicer looking. The same goes for the new idrive controller.
On a not so positive note, I dont like the climate circulation button on the steering wheel, and those new (dumbo ear) mirrors don't fit the car. I feel like a goof when I look into them. Overall, so far, I am very satisfied and hope I enjoy this car as much as my last. STOP RAINING NY!!!
Future Mods include (please provide feedback),
35% window tint, rear carbon fiber diffusor, carbon fiber front splitters, debadge, and maybe some style 313 rims.

I'd trade my dinky squinty pointy '06 side mirrors for your dumbo ears any day.

Hope your mileage varies, congrats!

by any chance does anyone with a 09 or later e93 know how to raise or lower the drivers side head rest. its going back up automatically? also theres a button, or a light? on the hvac layouts what is it for at first i thought it was for the alarm but obviously i still have the clown nose. thanks for the input.

My E93 has a black headliner... and it's from before M-sport even existed. I think all E93s have a black headliner.

Did you notice the drop in performance as compared to the coupe since the 'vert is 400lbs heavier? To me the 'vert was sluggish as compared to the 335 coupe.

i thought i would, and i know this is going to sound weird and like b.s. but to me it feels fas... ok not faster but pretty much the same and feels like it drives better i mean it is brand new so this can be a factor. you know after about a month you pretty much get used to a cars natural performance, unless you start modding. personally a 328 is enough performance for me the car is great. i would love more hp or an m3 even but dont want to spend the extra money at the moment. im 22 mommy and daddy don't help as much anymore, lol. the car looks great and drives amazing period, can't complain performance wise yet.
